Every nut so far is easy to deshell without using a tool. Taste is good. However, if you like it really crunchy, you need to toast it a little. Picture shows teaspoonfuls of pistachios shelled and unshelled.

It came in a big box with the rest of my nuts would appreciate that for future seller packed in bubble wrap to avoid any breakages cause it affected my walnuts, pecan and cashew nuts.
