•Fast delivery •Smell and evaporates like 99% should, fast evaporate, Tested abit and yes, flammable Bottle is full, no leaks, plus bottle has an additional seal which is good •Packaging is good, bottle is wrapped in cling wrap, then placed inside a air tube packaging and then cling wrapped again Overall happy with the product The 99% can dilute by yourself but just research properly on how to do it first.
